I am not a professional modeller, I hadnt completed a model in almost 20 years, but I got back into it recently and its a great stress reliever. My first airbrush was an old Badger single action and it was great for a beginner. I never got the hang of using the paint cup, and always used the bottles which were a pain to clean. I use a Paasche VL now and made myself learn to use the cup. One thing I started using was disposable pipettes for putting paint in the cup and it also works great for adding just the right amount of thinner to the paint without spilling it everywhere by trying to pour it out of a bottle. The pipettes are cheap and you can find them online in large quantities. Buy a bunch, they will make things a lot easier and much less messy.
